The fee for endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment.

Please note that we are not an in-network provider for any dental insurance companies. However, as a courtesy, we are happy to bill all dental insurance companies on your behalf. Any dental insurance reimbursement will be mailed directly to the patient by the insurance company.

Full payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding fees or insurance, please feel free to call our office prior to your visit at 775-825-5221.

We will assist in the completion and mailing of your dental insurance claim form to help facilitate reimbursement. Please keep in mind that professional services are rendered to, and charged directly to, the patient, not the insurance company.

Regardless of your insurance coverage, you are ultimately responsible for the full payment of endodontic services. We do not preauthorize dental benefits unless specifically requested by you.

For payment we accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check or cash. We offer pre-approved extended billing through CareCredit. The terms and conditions are set by Care Credit and are subject to their approval. Please ask if one of these plans could benefit you.
